Topsail Island is one of North Carolina’s most iconic barrier islands that is perfect for the whole family! Topsail is a 26-mile island that is composed of three towns: Town of Topsail, Surf City and North Topsail. The closest airports to the region are ILM (Wilmington) and Jacksonville Airport. In addition, Topsail is located 45 minutes north of the City of Wilmington, where your party can spend a day exploring this historic region.
